Notification in accordance with the California Safe Drinking, Water and Toxic Enforcement Act of 1986 – Proposition 65
This law states that businesses may not “expose any individual to a chemical known to the state to cause cancer or reproductive toxicity without first giving clear and reasonable warning.” Baxter Healthcare Corporation’s products are covered by the Federal Food, Drug and Cosmetic Act and the California Sherman Food, Drug and Cosmetic Law.
