The nurse mentorship and training program

The Home Options Network is focused on mentoring nurses new to Peritoneal Dialysis in both clinical and practical skills. The mentorship is related to managing and training patients, home clinic management, and understanding of CMS Conditions for Coverage. Support is provided through personalized on-site mentorship, online educational offerings, conference calls and phone support.

After Completion of the Nurse Mentorship and Training Program, the Nurse Will Be Oriented in the Following:
