Celebrating Excellence: Meet the Champions of PD

At the Heart of Every Thriving Peritoneal Dialysis (PD) Program are Extraordinary People

Our Champions of PD program celebrates amazing individuals undertaking or facilitating PD:

  • Patients demonstrating tremendous courage in taking an active role in their care
  • Healthcare professionals investing their time and resources in educating and enabling patients to adopt PD
  • The teams at Vantive providing uniquely comprehensive support for patients and clinicians

This program is an extension of what we do every day – championing the possibilities of PD via our offering of end-to-end digital, clinical, and practical solutions. We promote equity of access to dialysis modalities and collaborate with patients, clinicians, and providers to empower the best possible PD experience.
